Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Engineers and PM on the progress of the project.
- Assist in QAQC inspection
- Ensure the safety on the area that you are in charge with the assistant from the safety department
- Supervise the subcontractor work to make sure that the method and material use is approved
- Attend Progress Meeting, Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
- Site Work Inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
- Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
- Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
- Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
- Coordinate for all submission
- Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
Requirement:-
- Minimum degree in civil engineering from recognised universities
- Experience in Building Construction Projects (Private Condominium/HDB Preferred)
- Able to work under fast paced environment
- Willing to learn
- Experienced candidates may be considered for more senior positions
