Responsibilities
Manage full spectrum of HR and administrations functions including Recruitment, Compensations and Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll Processing, implementation of policies, staffs discipline/disputes and other HR related functions.
HR Management System
- Oversees the management, development and quality of HR System, ensuring it meets the business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity, support and lead data integrity initiatives and partner with internal stakeholder to proactively audit data and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Provides leadership and oversees employee information collection, analysis and reporting; supervises the input of data and ensures data integrity.
HR Policies & Governance
- Custodian of all HR Policies and Procedures (HR P&P) and provide leadership and interpretation to employees.
- Periodically review HR P&P to ensure relevance and in accordance to local employment legislation and practices.
- Identifies optimal solutions that meet the needs of the HR functions by recommending process improvements, system enhancements and alternatives based on specific needs.
Payroll Management
- Oversee payroll administration for the Singapore operations and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
People Management
- Coach, guide and advise direct reports, acting as an escalation point for any complex queries, taking decisions to resolve issues as appropriate.
- Grow and develop an engaged team, and identify and respond to development needs to ensure the team and individuals have the knowledge and skills required to perform their roles to their best ability.
HR Administration
- Ensure that employee personnel file either via hardcopy or digital are up to date.
- Oversee the application of work visas (i.e. W-Permit, S-Pass and E-Pass etc) including Depandent and Social Vist passes.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience with a diploma/ degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Resourceful and independent individual
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task with good time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, word and IT savvy
- Applicant familiar with Times software will be an added advantages
