Position: Teacher Aide cum Admin Support
Location: Anchor Green Primary School, 31 Anchorvale Drive, Singapore 544969
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 1:30 pm (excluding 1-hour lunch break), not required on school holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Objective:
The Contractor shall provide competent personnel to support the Teaching and Learning as well as Administrative functions of Anchor Green Primary School.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain teaching and learning resources in the Science Laboratories.
- Support teaching and learning of low progress learners and absentees from learning activities in the Science Laboratories when appropriate.
- Assist in administrative matters within the school, as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a school environment is preferred.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining resources and equipment in Science Labs is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Diploma qualification is preferred.
