Description:
- Design and develop comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks for assigned projects, incorporating key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and data collection methodologies.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure M&E frameworks are aligned with project objectives, outcomes, and donor requirements.
- Implement data collection methods, tools, and systems to capture relevant project data accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare regular progress reports, evaluation findings, and other documentation to communicate project results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to project staff and partners on M&E methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and quality improvement within M&E systems and practices.
Requirements:
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills and a leader to influence
- Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.
- Diploma/Degree/Master in Civil & Engineering or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA , Possess quantity surveying skills is a plus
- At least 2-3 years of Experience in a marine construction/construction company is favourable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad
- Able to start work immediately.
