Job Description:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing materials, obtaining quotes from suppliers, and evaluating subcontractor bids.
- Administer construction contracts, including reviewing contract documents, issuing change orders, and managing contractual disputes or claims.
- Implement cost control measures to track project expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource utilization.
- Identify potential risks and uncertainties that may impact project costs or schedules, and develop risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with project teams.
- Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on cost-related matters, project progress, and contractual obligations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Quantity Surveyor or related
- Minimum 1-2 Years of working experience in construction or marine constructin field
- Able to start work immediately
