Job Scope :
Technical Proficiency
- Offer technical advice to project managers and engineers.
- Create technical write-ups.
- Resolve electrical/mechanical issues.
- Provide training and mentorship to electrical/mechanical engineers.
- Collect and investigate information for future projects, build relationships with potential clients and consultants, and interpret specifications, terms, conditions, drawings, and relevant documents. Additionally, offer guidance in preparing presentation slides for tender interviews, suggest value engineering for tenders and projects, and advise on technical specification compliance.
Operation Leads
- Interpret specifications, terms, conditions, compliances, and relevant documents.
- Participate in project write-ups, including understanding scope of work, creating manpower histograms, programs, Gantt Charts using Microsoft Project software, and organization charts.
- Monitor project cash flow and P&L.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors alongside project managers to address operational issues.
- Provide advice and solutions for site issues, manpower deployment, Variation Orders (VOs), Value Engineering, recruitment, and settlement of claims. Additionally, offer solutions for project management, site and technical issues, and provide mentorship and motivation to project teams. Proficient in contractual knowledge.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore/ BCA/ IES
- Experiences in Mechanical & Electrical services in M&E Consultancy firm will have advantage
- Preferably Professional Engineer (Electrical); LEW(Grade 9)
- Competent in Design of electrical power & control systems & familiar with government regulations on electrical installations
