1) Has experience in design elements and a good understanding of safety in design principles. Ensure technical quality reviews, including documentation in project record.
2) Identify and mitigate design-related risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project timelines and budgets.
3) Overseeing the entire design process, ensuring execellence in design quality, adherence to project timelines, and effective collaboration among team member.
4) Work closely with the executive teams, to understand and address design needs across the organization.
