This position will start off as 6 or 12 months contract.

Responsibilities:
You will handle beneficiary nomination updates and other administrative work within the stipulated turnaround and ensure that compliance and regulatory requirements are adhered to.
• Process beneficiary nominations.
• Escalate to Compliance/AML on high-risk policyholders.
• Prepare letters.
• To check the beneficiary nomination updates performed by the team members and update the error tracking file.
• To make photocopies of the processed assignment documents for sending to assignees, assignors, servicing Reps and for archival purpose.
• To prepare and send processed documents for archival.
• To attach CRS self-certification forms with vesting letters for mail out.
• To collate and send the team’s correspondences to Customer Mail Services Department for dispatch.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by Unit/Section Heads.
• Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
• Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Working Hour:
Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
Salary:
$2500-$3500
