Salary: up to $7700 per month (with bonuses entitlement subjected to performance)

Working Location: Nearest to Buona Vista MRT
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office hours
Job Descriptions
- Partner the business on all their people-related needs across the full spectrum of HR, such as recruitment and conversion, secondment and re-employment, and ad-hoc manpower requests
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues throughout the employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Gather ground sensing on people-related needs, and deliver appropriate HR solutions to the business and employees through partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the internal P&C functional teams to execute HR policies at the business units-level.
- Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and employment legislations.
- Implement relevant HR strategies to support and drive business needs and performances.
- Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean need to apply.
- Degree in HR, Business Admin or equivalent field.
- Experience in working government recruitment position is advantageous.
- Good to be familiar with Workday system
