Job Title: Security Controller (SSO) Afternoon & Night Shift
Job Description & Requirements:
Deployment:
- Manage and supervise the deployment of security officers across all sites utilizing CCTV and Attendance Systems.
- Ensure accurate attendance records are maintained and appropriate actions are taken for absenteeism, lateness, etc. Address officers' leave-related concerns efficiently.
- Administer security systems and monitor CCTV feeds, responding promptly to incidents as required.
Administration:
- Handle incoming calls from security officers and clients, directing inquiries to the relevant departments with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the Payroll department to resolve any salary-related issues concerning security officers.
- Ensure security documents are managed meticulously in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Incident Management:
- Log incident cases and document them in the incident management system. Ensure timely and accurate reporting in accordance with regulatory procedures and policies.
- Report all incidents promptly and accurately to management.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors or management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the security industry, preferably holding a Senior Security Officer (SSO) rank or above.
- Demonstrated ability to work responsibly and independently.
- Understanding of operational and security management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with effective management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Good knowledge of CCTV systems and computer operations.
- Keenness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
