Job Description
- Conduct QC checks and testing to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Checks inclusive of incoming raw material testing, in-process testing, finished goods testing, product shelf-life testing, sensory evaluation of products.
- Conduct daily in-process quality control (QC) inspections at production lines aligned with internal requirements.
- Perform other QC checks as required or ah-hoc tasks as assigned by QA/QC manager.
- Ensure related documents are in compliance with the requirement of FSSC, customer and Halal.
Minimum requirement
- Junior / Entry Level
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma in Food Science/Food Technology or science-related disciplines
- Initiative, willingness to learn & good working attitude.
- Able to multitask and work with other cross functional departments.
- Able to perform late shift rotation.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
- Familiar with the use of Microsoft Excel / Word
