- Payroll Administration.
- Conduct Exit Interviews and engagement surveys.
- Review and implement Company’s health and well-being program.
- Administration of Company’s medical benefits/claims and invoices
- Manage and administer employee’s claim and related enquiries.
- Maintain proper HR records relating to medical/claims for all employees.
- Manage every two years Health Screening of employees.
- Coordinates with various departments to plan and implement employees' wellness plan.
- Liaise with vendors of existing and new health initiatives.
- Review and propose suggestions to improve existing welfare policies, procedures and programs.
- Propose and implement activities/collaboration with external parties to further enhance employee’s welfare.
- Administer baby vouchers, wreaths/get well baskets and all relevant matters related to employee’s welfare.
- Manage various engagement events in accordance to HR Calendar.
- Analysis of data collected from above activities to aid retention.
- Manage employee disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Support WICA & FWMI insurance claims
- Manage and administer work pass holders’ PCP
- Any other assignments given by immediate Superior.
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other relevant disciplines
- At least 2 years' experience in HR, preferably in the construction industry
- Good knowledge in Employment Act and foreign work pass procedure
