Responsibilities :
※ Handling operation-related documents and daily administrative works
※ Prepare quotation, DO and Invoice to meet the customer's requirement
※ Liaise and follow up with customers on their orders
※ Process and track orders to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
※ Any ad-hoc administrative duties by supervisor
Requirements :
※ Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
※ Proficient in MS Office
※ Relevant experiences will be advantage
