Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
- Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet the organization's needs.
- Understand and assist the CFO in structuring offshore entities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, (MBA,CFA,CPA) or equivalent.
- With 5 - 10 years of working experience in a managerial or leadership position or relevant field.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skill.
