As we continue to grow, we are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology initiatives and drive the digital transformation of our financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy that supports the company's business objectives and long-term vision.
- Provide strategic leadership to the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring the development of high-quality, user-friendly fintech products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with market trends and customer needs.
- Design and manage a robust and scalable technology infrastructure that meets regulatory requirements and supports the company's growth.
- Implement and maintain secure and compliant systems, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes in the financial industry, especially related to payment services in Singapore.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all technology initiatives comply with relevant regulations.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous learning.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance the team's capabilities.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technologies that can enhance our products and services.
- Provide full architecting, engineering, and administration of Cloud solution in the infrastructure (IaaS) and Platform (PaaS) space
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of relevant experience, of which at least 7 years of proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role within the fintech industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading technology teams and driving digital transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin with our Chinese-speaking stakeholders
