Deliverables/Business Partnering
Work closely with regional, local, JV & HQ teams and develop excellent knowledge of KENZO SEA local markets operating environments
Operational tasks including order processing, monthly closing, periodic sales performance, etc
Deliver timely, accurate & qualitative communication of Kenzo SG books and business performance
Support consolidation, analysis, and reporting of the brands’ performance.
Actuals
Maintain day to day operation of the brand.
Analyze overall delivery of company financial targets on a regular basis & report to the business with recommendations as necessary including P&Ls and Cash flow drivers (stocks, capex, etc.)
Assist to analyze the business risk and preparation of back-up plan for business target achievement
Prepare monthly analysis of the main Key performance indicators (sales, P&L, DOI, Stock in trade, Capex..) in accordance with brand management needs
Handle local reports requested by the regional and HQ teams
Forecasts (Budget, Revision, Landing, …)
Prepare budget and revisions in accordance with parent company requirements and timetable, working with the local management and finance teams to gather information in a timely and accurate way
Maintain cost control responsibility; provide relevant reports and rationale, with recommended action plans to the business for tight budget control
Support the brand in preparing the 3 years long-term strategy plan
Ad hoc Analyses & Projects
Prepare/review the investments requests
Provide analytical support to cross-function initiatives and ad hoc projects
Participate in new markets opening preparation, simulations and operations
Continually seek to improve processing efficiency and accounting/controlling capabilities of the company
Participate in the implementation of finance / IT projects for the accounting/controlling functions
Reinforce internal control requirements and implement procedures as necessary.
