Responsibilities
- Supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site
- Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies, defects, inconsistency in construction drawings.
- Carry out the project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied
- Ensure project activities complied with the Company's ISO system
Requirements
- Candidates must possess Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in construction, preferably in Landed Properties
- Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
