Project Manager
A project manager plans and coordinates project activities from start to completion. Your job is to ensure the budgeted costs and work schedules are adhered to by organising workers and resources.
- Leading and overall management of the project department in the execution of projects.
- Provide leadership, direction and guidance to the project team and managing risks for the successful conclusion of projects.
- Oversees multiple projects and managing resources to ensure projects are progressing on time and within budget.
- Responsible for sourcing and monitoring M&E projects for the company.
- Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and labourers etc.
- Propose M&E projects/business plan and obtain necessary budget/investment approval.
- Monitor the time schedule, quality, and cost control for the projects.
- Prepare and execute contingency plan for any unforeseeable situation.
- Organize and direct Company’s resources, personnel, and facilities as and when required, to manage the projects efficiently and effectively.
- Report regularly to Head Office on the progress of different projects.
- Handle ad hoc assignments or tasks as required.
Requirement
- Work experience as a director of engineering or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department.
- Extensive experience with cloud technologies and modern human-computer interfaces.
- Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development.
- Good understanding of agile methodologies.
- Leadership abilities with a strategic mind.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology with Min 8+ yrs experience.
