Job Description:
- Contribute to the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for specific modules.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and implement improvements to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Assess consumable materials for compatibility with the manufacturing process.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability and performance of consumables in the production environment.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to pinpoint trends, anomalies, and areas for enhancement.
- Employ Failure Analysis and Corrective Action (FACA) methodologies and Design of Experiments (DOE) testing to bolster process robustness.
- Develop and document standard specifications for processes and materials.
- Ensure documentation fosters consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve technology-related issues impacting process yield.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise solutions and continuously enhance overall production efficiency.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Engineering Science preferred.
- Opportunity to work as an expatriate with an 85% deployment in India locations.
- Demonstrated experience in assembly, film lamination, glue binding, wet clean, or laser processes.
- Familiarity with quality control and process optimization techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and implement improvements in manufacturing processes.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
- Adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Embrace a continuous improvement mindset to elevate efficiency and product quality.
