We are currently seeking an Admin Assistant to support our expanding operations.
Description
- Assisting in managing purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
- Liaise and follow up with suppliers/vendors.
- Daily matching of supplier’s invoices with supporting documents such as Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order
- Tracking deliveries.
- General data entry and filing.
- All other related or ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Good Microsoft skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
