Reporting to the Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining the accounts of grants under SingHealth HQ. Your duties include preparing or verifying claims to funding agencies, liaising with stakeholders on grant-related matters, supporting the procurement, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions of the grants such as verification of purchase requisitions and invoices, receipt of grant disbursements, attending to audits, and performing month-end and financial year-end closing of grant accounts.
You will report to Executive and assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Senior Manager, Deputy Director and/or Chief Financial Officer.
Requirements:
• Diploma holder in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, with initiative and able to work independently
