Job Description
1. Plan and Supervise M&E works and ensure works are carried out accordingly to drawings, specifications and method statement.
2. Provide technical support on M&E system matters including troubleshooting to resolve M&E faults.
3. Provide supervision and management of vendors, contractors and technicians for progress of work and coordination with clients’ representatives on technical matters.
4. Plan, prepare and manage preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of M&E equipment and systems.
5. Ability to lead a team of technicians for installation and/or maintenance of M&E equipment.
6. Ensure all works carried out safely and in compliance to ISO and safety procedures.
7. Ensure all project/maintenance works completed on time.
8. Assist the manager to prepare costings and quotations for tenders and ad-hoc works.
9. Billing submission and ensure collection of payments from clients.
10. Prepare proposals, reports and documentations for submission to clients etc.
11. Build rapport with clients leading to business growth and new opportunities.
12. Able to look for and prospect new clients for business growth.
13. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
Requirements
1. 2 years relevant experience in installation and/or maintenance of M&E services
2. Degree or Diploma on Electrical/Mechanical or relevant Engineering discipline
3. Goal oriented and organized leadership to lead a team of technicians
4. Good knowledge on Mechanical and/or Electrical System
5. Able to use MS office e.g Word, Excel, Project and PowerPoint
6. Good planning skills and able to work independently
7. Open to fresh graduates
