Tax Administrative Assistant (Finance)

Job Description

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team.
  • Monitoring tax compliance workstream for the group of companies to ensure timely compliance.
  • Monitoring and updating status of the correspondences with external stakeholders.
  • Advising stakeholders on the timelines to response.
  • Organizing and maintaining tax documents.
  • Other administrative support as required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.
