Job Description
- Assists in preparing the Work Plan.
- Delegates jobs to supervisors and plan the manpower required for the jobs in accordance to the budgeted man-hours.
- Resolves problems encountered and manage the coordination between the different trades
- Raises or approve Issue Passes for materials and equipment required for the jobs accordingly
- Monitors the work of sub-contractors to ensure that quality and workmanship conform to company standards.
- Ensures that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- A degree from a recognized tertiary institute.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Possess positive and willing to learn attitude.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
