Scope: jackup reactivation, fabrication of a boat landing, inspection, QA/QC, structural.
Schedule: 2-3 days / week.
Located in Jalan Buroh area
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of the incoming materials meets regulatory standards and specification.
- Responsible for fit-up and after-welding inspections during several stages of the construction.
- Compliance with inspection test plan (IPT) procedure.
- Attend pre-outfitting and outfitting inspections during block production stage and erection.
- Liaise with surveyors/client inspectors and comply with inspection requirement coordinate with QA/QC for all related inspection and NDT procedures according agreed plans and quality standard.
- Liaise with Safety Manager on health and safety issue and adhere to Shipyard’s safety policies.
- Liaise and coordinate with others department on project issue.
- Resolve problem and implement solutions affecting the quality management system.
- Verify and prepare all records on regular basis about the progress of the project to the superior timely.
