Jobs Responsibilities
- Setting up vendors in Workday and execute new vendor contracts
- Processing purchase orders and invoices for payment in coordination with Account Payable team
- Processing credit card payment claims
- Reconciling & reporting on monthly budget actuals and advising on necessary accruals
- Support the Regional Events team with Events administration and logistics
- Adhoc administration support as required
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative, finance or operations related role
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and/or budget management
