We're on the hunt for a consultant with creative flair, experience running integrated campaigns, and a strong management style. The new hire will join our management and mentor team, helping to shape the agency for the future and grow the capabilities of the wider team of 50+ consultants. Our stellar client portfolio at AKA includes the likes of Spotify, Meta, Jetstar Asia, Tourism New Zealand, Marriott International, GIC, McKinsey & Company, LEGO, Durex, foodpanda, Muji to name just a few.
What are we looking for?
- An experienced strategic leader who will foster the growth of your team through motivation and coaching, supporting them to deliver their very best
- You lead and drive campaigns in partnership with the client - you're not afraid to challenge and problem-solve to create excellent work that resonates with the TA
- You work closely with you team to help crack challenging briefs with a creative campaign approach, on time and on budget
- You are the lead contact for your clients, and provide timely updates to ensure they are fully aware of the team's output
- You are skilled at developing proposals and pitching to new clients
- Despite your experience, you're on a constant quest to up-skill yourself, learning new techniques, and you enjoy sharing with the team
- You are interested and experienced in bringing campaigns to life through mediums beyond the press release - such as film, events, digital
- You are collaborative but know when to carry the baton for your team
- You are a trend hunter, and like to share inspiring work
- You are a self-starter
