Job description
- Creating and managing production schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
- Acting as a liaison between various departments involved in the production process
- Overseeing the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure that they are utilized effectively
- Maintaining accurate records of work instructions, SOP
- Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during daily production
- Monitoring the quality of work throughout the production process to ensure that it meets established standards and specifications
Job requirements
- Diploma / ITE in Mechanical/ Mechatronic or equivalent
- Able to communicate effectively with different levels and functions
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Assertive, result-oriented with good leadership skills
- Possesses good perseverance and the ability to see things through attitude
- Possesses a sense of urgency and have good adherence to timeline in completing tasks and projects
