Job Description
- Cost accounting and budget monitoring
- Monitoring of project expenditure
- Perform daily data entry (e.g. DO reception, etc) into ERP system
- Maintain cost allocation system (Profit Centre, Cost Centre, Income & Expenditure)
- Coordination with site team to compile monthly sites expenditures.
- Identify potential cost overruns
- Assist in the development of project budgets
- Perform project cost analysis and variance analysis
- Liasing with project personnel (e.g. Project Manager, Site Engineer, QS, Purchaser, etc)
- Assisting in monthly project cost control result closing
- Support company's financial result closing (monthly and financial year end)
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma / Degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent
- Analytical / Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
- Displays high level of flexibility and initiative
- Proficnecy in Microsoft Excel
