Coordinate and prepare proposal documents, including cost estimates, risk assessments, and contractual reviews for project pursuits, while ensuring accurate entry of order details into the system.

Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing inquiries and contract tenders.
- Distributing relevant sections of ITT internally to appropriate departments.
- Attending meetings with the tender pursuit team to identify responsibilities and key dates, ensuring timely completion.
- Clarifying responses from internal support departments and incorporating qualifications into bid documents.
- Gathering support information from internal drives for bid document inclusion.
- Preparing and compiling quotes and proposals in line with ITT guidelines.
- Acting as the single point of contact for the client during bid and clarification phases.
- Distributing bid clarification documents, expediting responses, and submitting clarifications to the client.
- Adhering to Quality and HSE regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting Sales Order Clerks with sales order entry and revisions in Epicor and packslip workflow within SharePoint
Requirement:
- Min Diploma
- Quotation/Tender preparation experience preferred
