Job Description
Assist in tender preparations including programme, write-ups proposal and make presentation to clients
Preparation of master programme schedule and plan during tender and execution stage
Familiar with critical path method techniques
Ensure performance complies with quality requirements and ensure that the company meets but does not exceed its contractual obligations
Monitor and liaise with Project Manager on project progress and advise project team on interfaces, clashes, constraints, delay and risks
Liaise with consultants and clients to Prepare monthly report on the performance of the project
Work with Contracts in analysing and evaluating sub-contractors planning and reporting submissions
Coordinates projects with all affected parties to ensure projects are completed on schedule and government regulations and health and safety requirements are maintained
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board
A minimum of 5 years’ relevant construction experience
Precast experience preferred
Proficiency in Primavera P6 software, Microsoft Office and knowledge of BIM
