Our client, an insurance broker in Singapore is looking for candidates to join their expanding business as a Senior Policy Servicing Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send Annual Review package for Insurance Policy.
- Prepare and send Quarterly Statements.
- Familiar with various Insurers ‘Statement and product features.
- Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide accurate and timely assistance to consultants.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in data entry.
- Escalate any system or process errors to prevent future repeated errors.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Diploma / Degree with at least 1-2 years of working experience in the insurance industry.
- Excellent in both verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented and problem-solving skills
