We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to
- Coordinate between Sales and Warehouse teams for sales operations
- Perform sales administration and order management functions, such as Product Listing to Buyer, process Purchase Order and Good Return Notes from customer, generate product barcodes and catalogues etc.
- Plan and prepare regular sales allocation and delivery schedule
- Attend to customer’s call/email, online and walk-in purchase
- Maintain Inventory, Sales and Business Partner module in accounting system
- Attend regular Sales meeting
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
