Job Description:

  • Receive stocks, keying stocks into SAP
  • Prepare invoices, packing list, and DO
  • Prepare Shipping Documents.
  • Coordinate between forwarders and customers and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Keeping accurate records, tracks, traces and update the status of outgoing shipments
  • Answering phone call and replying email
  • Perform data entry & some relevant reports
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Other duties assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Good communication skills, meticulous, resourceful, able to multi-task.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
