We are seeking a meticulous Senior Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive testing and analysis. As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our development team to understand change requests, create detailed test cases, and conduct thorough testing to identify and report quality issues. Your expertise in testing methodologies and tools will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Create comprehensive test cases to ensure thorough testing of new features and changes.
- Work closely with the development team to gain a deep understanding of change requests and foster effective communication between QA and development.
- Conduct rigorous regression and sanity testing for production releases to ensure the stability and reliability of the software.
- Proactively identify and report quality issues and defects, contributing to the continuous improvement of product quality.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry best practices for testing, version control, and defect management to uphold high standards of quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test strategies.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Desire candidates with experience and familiarity using TestRail and BrowserStack, as these tools are integral to our testing processes.
