Responsibilities:
- Ensure that day-to-day lifting operations are monitored as per safety rules
- Plan, organize, supervise and liaise closely with sub-contractors and operation teams on all ongoing lifting activities.
- Perform routine checks and inspections on site to ensure compliance with authorities’ requirements.
- Address concerns with regard to the safety of any lifting operations
- Provide reports to construction team regularly
- Liaise closely with the HSE team to ensure operations comply with safety standards
- Overall in charge of preparing lifting and erection plans for all the Gantry Cranes.
- Prepare, develop and review Lifting plans, Method statements, Risk assessments, and Safe Work Procedures of all subcontractors for any lifting activities.
- Conduct routine checks and inspections on the work site to ensure compliance with authorities and client requirements.
- Daily walkabout around assign areas of the site and make a note of compliance and non-compliance to HSE operating procedure.
Requirements:
- Diploma | Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in LTA | MRT Projects in Singapore
- Lifting certifications from Singapore is a must
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Must be in Singapore to attend face-to-face interviews
