Working Hour : 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri) / Aljunied
Remuneration : Up to $7,000 + V.Bonus + yearly increment + permanent staff benefit
Responsibilities:
• Assist Director in compiling accounting related report and monitoring daily accounting operations.
• Oversee a team of finance staff , Singapore and Malaysia
• Manage daily cash flow and compliance in the cash flow processes
• Responsible for monitoring of day-to-day accounting operations related issues
• Responsible for daily bank reconciliation and cash flow monitoring.
• Accurate & timely submission of financial & management reports in accordance with Company and Corporate deadlines.
• Strong in reporting and ensure accuracy and timely submission of local and overseas subsidiaries’ monthly reports to Head Office
• Guidance and supervision of finance team.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, bankers
• Any other related projects/duties which not indicated above will be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Requirements:
• ACCA or any related Finance, Business discipline, min Bachelor or Master in Accountancy
• At least 10 years of working experience in full set accounting with oversea subsidiaries experience
• Experience from MNC, manufacturing industry with managerial experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
• Effective communication skills, a strong leadership skills and analytical skills.
• Meticulous , attention to details, good team player and independent.
• Able to follow up and coordinate with inter-department.
