Finance Executive
Working Location: Suntec Convention Centre
Working Hours: Office Hours, Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare periodic and ad hoc financial reports for Management and Corporate Office
- Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
- Research and gather relevant data for financial management reporting
- Forecasting and budgeting to produce analysis of monthly results as directed by the Management
- Assist the management in financial statement audit and support the external auditors
- Assist in tender evaluation
- Support in financial analysis for capex projects
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance and tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 - 6 years of relevant working experience
- Full Set of Accounts Experience (AP/AR/GL)
- Experience in using ERP system
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
