Job Summary:
The Project Sales plays a pivotal role in supporting the business and ensuring the smooth execution of sales projects. This individual will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the sales process, from initial client contact to project completion. The role involves collaboration with Head of Sales and management and other key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and streamline project workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact between clients and the production.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and any relevant information to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Address client inquiries and concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, and key metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
Qualifications:
Min. Diploma in sales, project management, or any related field.
Proven experience in sales or a related role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration Package & Career Development:
- Probational Basic Salary: Range between $2,200 and $2,700.
- Commission: Based on gross sales with min. monthly’s target.
