Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer success services to enterprise clients, establish mutually trusting collaborative relationships, and assist enterprise clients in deriving business value and success from the Huawei Cloud Service Platform solution architecture.
- Possess a profound understanding of data governance products and application scenarios, accurately discern the genuine perspectives of different roles such as customers and partners, and effectively guide solutions.
- Deep understanding and master data governance products, aiding customers in building solutions based on their specific requirements..
- Support the expansion and replication of platform product projects, contributing to the commercial success of these products.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree /or above, in Software Engineering, Telecom or equivalent.
- Possess over 5 years of IT-related work experience in relevant industries, with a strong inclination towards innovation, rapid learning adaptability, and a willingness to engage in forward-looking work.
- Preferred experience in data analysis, data modeling, data mining, and business insight projects.
- Familiarity with any of the following business domains: cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
- Specific industry know-how or familiarity with related industry background knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience in planning, designing, and implementing projects in the fields of cloud services and artificial intelligence.
- Experience in solution design, including customer research, business model analysis, solution document writing, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Chinese and English (to liaise with mandarin speaking associates in HQ).
