Position Summary:
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Location: Serangoon
- Compensation: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,500
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and execute detailed production strategies, aligning resource allocation with production needs.
- Proactively manage material inventory to prevent shortages and ensure consistent production flow.
- Monitor production timelines closely to guarantee on-time delivery of products.
- Allocate and manage production staff schedules effectively, in line with planned activities.
- Foster strong collaborations with internal partners, the procurement team, and external PCA subcontractors to streamline operations.
- Implement and refine production planning processes for improved efficiency and cost reduction.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hold at least a Diploma in Manufacturing, Production, or Electronics Engineering.
- A minimum of one year’s experience in the electronics manufacturing field is mandatory.
- Demonstrate proficiency in ERP/MRP systems for effective production planning and inventory management.
