Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the financial activities of the Company with the objective to drive the Company’s financial performance and value add to the Organization
- To monitor closely on AP, AR and cash flow
- Responsible for the quarterly GST submission report
- Preparation of audit schedules, coordination of year-end audit and Filing Annual Returns
- Prepare timely weekly/monthly stock report, reconciliation of bank/vendor/customer accounts, profit & loss, balance sheet reports
- Preparation and data entry of journals for monthly charges/provisions/adjustments
- Maintain fixed assets register and monthly depreciation journal entries
- Co-ordinate the passing of Directors’ Resolution; filing forms for any changes in the Company to Registrar of Companies
- Assist from time to time in processing Work Order, general administrative duties, clerical work and filing duties
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance / Accounting Department preferred
- A must and proficient in using Netsuite and MS Office
- Self driven, meticulous, organized and independent with high degree of initiative
- Hands on, team player, proactive and possesses good working attitude
