The Project Executive will play a crucial role in supporting and working with different departments in providing support for all project related matters under ongoing and new projects in the company.

Responsibilities

· Able to manage projects independently.

· Work on proposals & quotations tailored to both new and key existing clients.

· Oversee all aspects of projects, coordinate and complete projects on time within budget and scope.

· Study on contract requirements, planning and execution of project schedules.

· Co-ordinates with vendors, subcontractors, and customers on project requirements etc.

· In-charge of generation of material purchase requisition and follow up on delivery.

· Tendering of project whenever needed.

· Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

· Performing administrative duties to support the project team.

· Prepare and coordinate with client on project worker site clearance documentation.

· Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Engineers

Requirements

· Polytechnics Diploma In Engineering or related discipline.

· At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

· Effective communication and organizational skills

· Maintain a positive attitude and focus on client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with popular Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central Accounting/ERP software will be advantage.
