We are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and professional advice to empower our clients to look and feel their best for any occasion.

Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Menswear Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of men's tailoring and style. In addition to providing personalized consultations, the Menswear Consultant will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets through proactive client engagement and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized consultations to clients seeking tailored suits and formal attire.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Recommend complementary products and accessories to enhance the client's ensemble and optimize sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, referrals, and positive reviews.
  • Stay informed about sales promotions, discounts, and incentives, and effectively communicate them to clients to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and in-house production team to identify opportunities for sales growth and contribute to the development of sales strategies, as well as innovation of new product development.
  • Provide feedback to management on product performance, customer preferences, and market trends to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in menswear sales or fashion retail with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of menswear trends, fabrics, and tailoring techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for style and fashion.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
