about the job
- Consolidate demand forecasts for oleochemical products from business and sales teams.
- Update production planning with timely forecast numbers.
- Enhance forecast accuracy by collaborating with sales and anticipating market trends.
- Coordinate with production planning, sales coordinators, and logistics for on-time supply readiness.
- Ensure timely shipment and replenishment of bulk shipment products with regional sales teams.
- Coordinate monthly bulk shipment programs to regions and track progress.
- Proactively communicate supply status and potential risks to business and sales teams.
- Participate in monthly planning meetings with stakeholders.
- Develop reports for demand and forecast error analysis, yearly budgeting, and ad hoc requirements.
- Support supply continuity through effective communication and collaboration.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain
- 1-2 years of experience in handling commodity supply chain operations and demand planning
- Computer literacy in MS Office will be an added advantage
