about the job
- Supervise and train production associates for efficient task execution and meeting schedules.
- Manage capacity planning to align daily production output with quality, productivity, yield, and delivery targets.
- Operate machinery and equipment, including cobot stations, supporting Optics production.
- Update process data for continuous monitoring in the system.
- Troubleshoot production line issues in both manual and automation stations.
- Maintain records of routine machine maintenance and control inventory of auxiliary materials.
- Uphold good housekeeping practices and correctly use provided Personal Protective Equipment.
- Adhere to company safety rules and regulations.
- Comply with the company's Quality Management System and Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
- Examine startup documents, aid engineers in problem-solving, implementing solutions, and collaborating on quality, productivity, and yield improvement programs.
skills and experience required
- NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in manual assembly operations / manufacturing environment
- Skilled in using automation devices, controls, and cobots.
- Familiarity with conventional Lathe CNC machines is a plus.
