Job Description & Requirements
- Organize daily shift and set daily targets
- Manage Full time and Part time crew members
- Use company reports to analyze sales, gross profit and inventory activity.
- Able to operate both in kitchen and service
- Manage the stock ordering & inventory
- Responsible for the sales and POS
- Ensure that all equipment of the entire restaurant are fully-functioning
- Undertake any operation related duties as assigned by the Manager in charge
