Responsibilities
· Update accurate records for incoming and outgoing shipment
· Work with warehouse assistants to perform orders in fulfilment
· Maintain updates of inventory and month end billing
· Any other duties assigned by Superior
· Answer all calls with enthusiasm and politely
· Professional phone communication and correspondence email
· Perform general administrative general duties
Profile
· Min GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
· Knowledge to use Warehouse Management System (WMS)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application
Key Competencies
· Good written and verbal communication in English
· Preferably with customer service work experience but entry level is welcome and willing to learn
· Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
