Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that enquiries and/or orders received from both local and overseas customers are responded to and follow-up promptly.
- Source for quotations, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, complete purchase requisition form and purchase order for approval.
- Negotiate terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor stock level and identify purchasing needs.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure products arrive in good condition and in correct quantity and specifications.
- Reconcile and analyse all orders and ensure optimal inventory with operational requirements.
- Ensure any discrepancies in purchases, purchase order and invoices are reconciled within one month.
- Arrange for items to be transferred from warehouse to working sites.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in purchasing role
- Has experience purchasing M&E/ACMV parts
