Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and support to the organization on a wide range of matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Draft, review and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence, tailored to the legal landscape.
• Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company and proactively advise on necessary adjustments to legal strategies.
• Manage and oversee legal aspects of corporate transactions, ensuring due diligence and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address legal issues and provide strategic guidance on legal implications of business decisions.
• Represent the organization in legal proceedings, liaise with external legal counsel when necessary and manage dispute resolution processes in accordance with legal procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’ degree or major in law and related studies.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in foreign-related legal affairs and internal legal affairs and experience in handling foreign-related legal disputes, litigation, and arbitration cases in preferred.
• Strong legal logic ability and professional analysis ability, good communication and teamwork spirit.
